can privately access, limited only by your device's compute power? Just run:

   sudo snap install gemma4
   sudo gemma4 set http.host=0.0.0.0 webui.http.host=0.0.0.0 --assume-yes

From a web browser on the same network, open the following:

    http://<your-UC-ip>:8337
